Flooded Bathroom in Traverse City, MI

This flooded bathroom in Traverse City is the result of a leaking toilet.  The homeowners came home from vacation to find the bathroom wet.  The supply line to the toilet began leaking causing the damage.  Plumbing systems are constantly under water pressure therefore plumbing leaks can occur at any time and for any reason causing extensive damage.  Noticed that the vinyl flooring needed to be removed as well as the tub.  Because of the leak the subfloor needed to be replaced because it had become structurally unsafe.  The before photo shows the wet material removed and the after photo shows the bathroom after we completed the repairs.
