We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service given to us by Jessica, Cody, David and Barry.  Their knowledge, performance and friendliness made our unfortunate circumstance so much easier to tolerate.  Thank you!!

This is to thank the SERVPRO Staff for the prompt and thoughtful help with the flood at 3798 Leeside.  

 Jon English and Lindsay Griffin were my contacts.  Since the property is a rented apartment,  the project was demanding as to time and tenant satisfaction.  SERVPRO met those demands handily.

 Jon and Lindsay deserve my special thanks.  I would appreciate it if the other Grand Traverse Staff and Superiors would see this note as well.

Sometimes a company need to hear personal feedback - the night my pipes burst, your guys (Jon & Garrick) were here within an hour.  They worked non-stop from 6pm - 2am - not only that they had patience with my state of shock!  Great guys!  Great team and job well done!

I was very please with SERVPRO. When my flood happened I was in Florida. They were on the job the day the damage was discovered. Keith kept me very informed of everything they were doing to dry out the house. They had to totally rebuild my kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, replace all the wooden floors and carpeting, drywall, painting, and replacing paneling and tile. Upon completion you would never know that I had a flood. The house turned out beautiful.
