Commercial Building Mold Remedation
In this project, we had a tenant of a commercial building that did not control the humidity resulting in significant mold growth all of the walls of commercial building. The owner of the building was in the processing of leasing the unit to a new tenant. In the before photo you can see black mold growing of the walls. The mold is very visible. After remediation of the mold the building looked new again. In the after photo you can see the concrete is white and cleaned of the mold growth. Our customer was very pleased and was able to list the property for rent immediately.
